We use these agreements to assist in scheduling people who live in the same neighborhoods.  If you are choosing to use us, please return the agreement at your earliest convenience so that you are scheduled when your community is being serviced.  If you sign the agreement and decide you don’t want the service, just let us know and we will remove you from our services.

If you sign up for the 3 Visit Package – this is a prepaid option.  Once you return your agreement, we will send you an invoice.
